few days ago there is a news about fresh graduate University students attending the road shows for jobs application... what I was surprise to see is that... most of the fresh graduate University nowadays want higher pay but less work....
but they din think of 1 thing ... they lack of experience...

I remember that there is one fresh graduate University student been "questioned" by one of the reporters
and heres are conversation
Reporter: what kind of job that u are looking for....
Fresh graduate: jobs that are easy...
Reporter: so... what are ur expected salary for the job that u are looking for...
Fresh graduate: er..er... RM3k...
Reporter: icic...

Come on man... who do u think u are.....
" I am a fresh graduate University student"

SO.... WHO CARES...
you are still a new guy... who has no experience at all....
RM3k..... that's not gonna happen.. even u are the top top top student in University...

lets take example.... salesperson
if u are the boss u give ur fresh graduate new employee a very high pay.. lets take example RM3k..... then he/she is gonna work?... RM3k... I grantee he/she will sit in the office do ntg..rather than going out to search for sales because he/she thinks that if I am not doing any sales.. I still have my monthly pay....

maybe it is a bad idea for me to take salesperson as example....

ok... lets take this example....
if u work as a new guy in a company for RM3k... so what about the other ppl(senior) are the company gonna pay higher to them?

of course not ... incomes mostly goes with ur experience not about how well u have done in ur studies..........

remember... no matter how smart u are in university... when u came out to work... u have to learn from the start with appropriate income....
