as u can see recently I post a notice in my MSN regarding on job vacancy for the job entitled Sales and Support(software)...
well...
some of my friends did came to ask about it.. but i was kinda disappointed that after they know about the salary for this job which is RM800 for basic... they dont want the job anymore.....
is this RM800 too low?真的很少吗？你自己想想看....
and commission will be counted based on ur sales montly
what I want to hire is a salesperson...person who do sales...of course we need to ask him/her to do sales more rather than sitting in the office the whole day.... am I right? and of course we cant give him/her a very high salary.. if I give them a very high salary.. are they willing to go out to do sales?
in their mind they will say that I have high salary already.. why am I so hardworking to go out to do sales... why dont I sit at the office...
remember what I say in last post....
"u dont have any experience
why do u expect such a high salary
even if u are a top top study in the university
u are still inexperience
because study and working is different thing"
