RM800 basic for a new+inexperience sales person... is it too low.....
not including commission (based on ur monthly sales ) and petrol yet ...

today I saw and advertisement whereby they need to hire a sales person
for RM2000....
RM2k.... include all u know...basic, commission, petrol, etc...
so how are u gonna know that how much is ur basic......

I have a friend apply a newspaper department graphic designer (I think) they are going to pay them RM800 also u know... do u think that they will give u commissions.... u think so... I dont think so....... RM 800 less EPF, less SOCSO I think u only left around less than RM 780....
well I cant compare a graphic designer to a sales job....
because this 2 are different

I dont really know what happens to most of the new ppl (aka ppl who look for jobs)
they want high salary, less job /or easy job......
if everyone wanna do that kind of job, then who else wanna do the difficult one.........

if u able to get a job...... got job can liao la... why choose summore ...
