now our government having a new rules... whereby the back seat passengers are needed to buckle up their seat belts... that reminds me of the movie Madagascar 2 "buckle up boys".....
lets make it straight to the point.........
firstly we dont have to buckle up this belts since... now more and more accidents occur then our government take this action........whereby we need to buckle the seat belts or else.. "saman" will be given.......
normally our vehicle back seat part only have 3 seat belts... meaning only 3(maximum) ppl are allowed ... if more than 3 a "saman" will be given ... reason for that is "u have exceeded the number of ppl in a car"
c'mon man... why they din take action for those motorcyclist where u can see there are more than 2 ppl in a motorcycle even 4 ppl... cause I seen b4...
and summore there are under-age motorcyclist riding recklessly.........
what about them?
I dont see they have been take action...........
